Lugam-zmeaz Rudnoplu was built using the conventions of Gnollish durring the early 16th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Lugam-zmeaz Rudnoplu is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.

Lugam-zmeaz Rudnoplu is buildings folow an organic layout of narrow packed earth streets whihch gives the town a shape simmilar to a tree, if one views its streets from above. The town sits behind a stone-renforced palisade wall, with stone gatehouses and timber drawbridges for their trench. Lugam-zmeaz Rudnoplu's would-be-castle fortifications are in an unremarkable state. To some, this is the ideal sate for defences to be in. In need of absoutly nothing, and ready to serve the town as needed.

Occasionally a passerby glances at you out of the corner of their eye, staring just long enough for it to be uncomfortable. This all rests atop the unmistakable impression the town is one of the strictest places imaginable. Everyone’s actions are clearly directed by laws they keep in heart and mind at all times. Orderly byond order is a phrase which Lugam-zmeaz Rudnoplu brings to mind.

Some guilds might have little or nothing to do with their original trade, and now exist purely as shells for political influence.

Lugam-zmeaz Rudnoplu's bank was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is characterized by vertical proportions, pointed arches, external buttressing, and asymmetry in the general shape of its buildings. The decorative features of the style were key, consisting of large arched windows, pointed arches, vaulted ceilings, flying buttresses, and sculptures integrated into the structure itself. Occasionally, for very important buildings, an array of sculptures or one colossal sculpture might replace the entirety of the entrance to said building.
